FOXBORO — The Patriots will host a send-off rally in Foxboro Monday morning before the team leaves for Minneapolis.
The rally will be held at 9am in the plaza in front of the Hall at Patriot Place and will feature appearances and speeches from current and former Patriots players along with head coach Bill Belichick and Chairman and CEO Robert Kraft.

After the rally, the team will depart for the TF Green Airport where they will depart for Minneapolis. The Patriots will participate in the Super Bowl Opening Night ceremonies on Monday at 8pm EST.
The Patriots will hold their media session first, inside the XCel Energy Center, followed by the Eagles.
