Local comedians rally for Boston Beats ALS Event

The fight against ALS is centered in Massachusetts and some of the most influential people in the state will rally April 6 to raise funds for the fight against the dreaded disease.

Governor Charlie Baker will attend the Boston Beats ALS event at the John Hancock Back Bay Event Center. John Dennis will host the event, and celebrity chefs Paul Wahlberg, Ray Alongi & Joe Gatto will be there as well.

The School of Hard Knocks band will be the featured musicians.

Comedians Lenny Clarke and Christine Hurley will be part of the entertainment on April 6 and they joined Tom Leyden, Butch Stearns and fellow comedian Graig Murphy to play some pyramid while promoting the Boston Beats ALS event.
