Celtics beat Bucks 112-96 in Game 7, advance to second round of playoffs

BOSTON — The Celtics beat the Milwaukee Bucks in Game 7 in Boston, advancing to the Eastern Conference semifinals.

The Celtics won 112-96, with Al Horford leading the Celtics with 26 points, 8 rebounds and Chris Middleton at 32 points pacing the Bucks.

Jason Tatum also scored 20 points and 6 rebounds and 5 assists for the Celtics.

They will advance to play the third-seeded Philadelphia 76ers in the second round, with the first two games of the series at the TD Garden in Boston.

On the other end of the Eastern Conference bracket, the Toronto Raptors will play the winner of the series between the fourth-seeded Cleveland Cavaliers and the fifth-seeded Indiana Pacers.
