• Cam Neely: Hockey, Humor & the Fight against Cancer

    Updated:

BOSTON - Boston Bruins president Cam Neely has spent more of his life in Boston than he has in British Columbia, the province he called home for much of his youth and where he started his NHL career.

Tom Leyden talked with Cam about his role as a Bruins executive, how it's been challenging after a Hall of Fame playing career, what he thinks about rapid-fire criticism and the state of the media in Boston.

They also discussed his never-ending commitment to the fight against cancer as he gets set to host the 23rd Annual Comics Come Home event at TD Garden, scheduled for November 18.
