FOXBORO - Tom Brady returned to the practice field Wednesday as the Patriots continued their preparations for Sunday's game against the Jets.

While he was spotted with his teammates stretching during the period open to the media, Brady was officially listed in the "Did Not Participate" category on Wednesday's injury report, along with TE Rob Gronkowski, CB Eric Rowe and OT Nate Solder.

Brady assured fans he will be ready to play Sunday.

"I'm not worried about it. Yeah, I'll be there Sunday, don't worry about that," Brady said.

He then was asked about playing in pain.

"I think everybody does," he said. "There's a lot of bumps and bruises over the course of a year. I'm not concerned."

Brady sat out Tuesday's practice, giving his injured left shoulder a fifth day of rest after last Thursday's win over Tampa Bay. He was on the field Wednesday during the portion of practice open to the media.

Aside from fielding questions about his health, Brady also raved about the season wide receiver Danny Amendola is having.

The Patriots face the Jets this Sunday at 1pm in East Rutherford, NJ.
