Victim running from shooting crashes car into home in Lawrence

LAWRENCE, Mass. — A person trying to escape a shooting crashed through a home and a parked car in Lawrence, according to the police department.

A person in a gray, four door sedan pulled alongside a parked car and started shooting at the person inside it, Lawrence police told Boston 25 News.

The person in who was being shot at attempted to drive away and crashed through a home’s gas meter and another car.

It was unclear if police had any suspects, but they released the short description of the car in an effort to locate its driver.

Police said the shooting happened about 1:22 a.m. Saturday morning.
