BOSTON — State leaders are holding a public meeting to discuss the North-South Rail link study.
The study looked at building an underground tunnel to connect North and South stations
The feasibility student found that project would cost anywhere between $12- and $21.5 billion.
The meeting will be held at the state transportation building at 5:30 p.m.
