CHARLOTTE — A 43-year-old woman was standing in line at a Food Lion in North Carolina Tuesday evening when she felt something hit her leg.

When the woman looked to see what it was, she saw a man holding a phone under her skirt, police said.

"(I saw) him more than once down the aisles,” the woman said.

She was shocked and immediately confronted him.

“I said, ‘Sir, I hope you did not violate me,’” she said.

The man denied, it but she tracked down a manager, who agreed to take a look at the security video.

The man with the phone suggested that she look at the security video, but when they went to see it, he said he had forgotten something and left the store.

The security video showed the man holding the cellphone under her skirt.

She went back to the store the next day, and the manager told her that they should have called the police to file a report. The woman subsequently filed a police report.

“I feel violated,” the woman said. “I feel like I want to fight. I want to get a gun.”

No arrests have been made.
