• Police: 2 arrested for heroin and cocaine trafficking

    CHELMSFORD, Mass. (AP) - Two New Hampshire men have been arrested in Massachusetts for allegedly trafficking heroin and cocaine.

    State police pulled over driver Scott Pratt and passenger Ty Fowler, both 31, in Chelmsford Saturday and discovered almost 40 grams of heroin and about 66 grams of cocaine in the SUV.

    Both men have been charged with trafficking heroin and cocaine, and cited for failure to wear a seatbelt and a marked lanes violation.

    Pratt and Fowler were arraigned in Lowell District Court Monday. Attorneys for both men could not be immediately identified.
