Mass. man wins $1M on scratch ticket for second time this year

METHUEN, Mass. – It’s been a good year for Jason Williams of Methuen, who recently hit a $1 million prize for the second time this year.

In January, Williams won $1 million on a $30 Ultimate Millions instant game. This month, his win came from a 200x instant game

The recent winning ticket was purchased at Howe Superette in Methuen, and the store will also receive a $10,000 bonus.
