MANCHESTER, N.H. - A man was arrested after two officers caught him defecating in public in front of Gill Stadium Thursday afternoon.

According to reports, two officers observed 57-year-old Steven Clement allegedly unzipping his pants and exposing his genitals and buttocks by the corner of Valley and Maple Street.

Reports said a school bus was parked in front of a business near where Clement was urinating, but he was stopped by police before children came outside and saw anything.

Manchester Department of Public Works responded to the scene to clean up the feces.

Clement is scheduled to appear in the 9th Circuit Court-Manchester on May 19, 2017.
