Kellogg's recalls snacks, cookies for peanut residue

Kellogg's Company is recalling snacks and cookies because they may contain undeclared peanut residue.

Wheat flour used in certain Mother's, Keebler, Kellogg's Special K brownies, Murray and Famous Amos cookies could have low levels of peanut residue.

The amount of peanut exposure from the flour is low and should not impact people with peanut allergies, but they still should avoid the products, according to the Food and Drug Administration.

Kellogg's is asking people to discard the product and contact them at 1-800-962-1413 for a full refund.
