Investigation launched into deadly fire at NH trailer park

EXETER, N.H. - A death investigation has been launched after a body was found at a trailer park in Exeter, New Hampshire on Tuesday morning.

Authorities found the body of a young woman while responding to a fire at the Hayes Mobile Home Park early in the morning.

As of Tuesday night, investigators were still on scene and the street had been blocked off.

The DA told Boston 25 News there is an active death investigation including the State Police Major Crime Unit.

First responders found the woman dead inside the mobile home.

The woman's identity has not been released. An autopsy will be conducted on Wednesday to determine cause of death and identify the victim.

This incident is currently under investigation by the New Hampshire State Police Major Crime Unit, the Exeter Police Department and the State Fire Marshal’s Office.
