WILMINGTON, Mass. — A Commuter Rail train derailed in Wilmington early Thursday morning, but luckily no injuries have been reported.

Keolis tells Boston 25 News Train 300 on the Lowell Line experienced a low-speed derailment at a switch around 6:30 a.m.

There were about 100 passengers on the train at the time, but luckily no injuries were reported.

The evacuated passengers were put onto buses to move on to their final destinations.
The incident is impacting Commuter Rail service, Keolis said.
The derailment is under investigation.
