If that's what you think, you may need to snap out of it! People all over the world use hypnosis to help relax, curb cravings, even to improve their golf game.

    On World Hypnotism Day, Shannon Mulaire spoke with Pearlan Feeney-Grater, certified hypnotist and founder of the Self Center, about some of the myths and misconceptions of hypnosis.
