BOSTON — Seven people were stabbed outside a Boston hotel early Sunday morning in an apparent fight and the search is on for a wounded suspect, Boston police say.
The victims were taken to area hospitals with various injuries shortly after 2:15 a.m. when several EMS units arrived on scene.
Police were called to the scene for a report of a fight, but arrived to find seven people had been stabbed. Some had knife wounds, but others reportedly had been stabbed with bottles.
Police spokesman Officer James Kenneally said Sunday afternoon the injuries appear to be non-life threatening. Earlier reports had said one person was critically injured.

Officers on scene would only say the incident is likely connected to the night life scene.

The stabbing happened near Emerson College, which sent out an alert to its students saying police were searching for two suspects. However, police wouldn't confirm the search to FOX25.
Emerson is asking students to report any suspicious activity to police.
