The Boston Red Sox announced their Opening Day roster following their final tune up game with the Washington Nationals Saturday afternoon.

There were no surprises in the infield as Xander Bogaerts, Brock Holt, Mitch Moreland, Dustin Pedroia, Hanley Ramirez, and Pablo Sandoval all found roster spots with Sandy Leon and Christian Vazquez behind the plate.

In the outfield, Steve Selsky will join Chris Young in spelling Andrew Benintendi, Mookie Betts, and Jackie Bradley Jr.

The big question of the spring was the pitching staff as several Sox arms found themselves injured. David Price, Carson Smith, Tyler Thornburg, and Roenis Elias will all start the season on the 10-day disabled list. Fernando Abad, Matt Barnes, Heath Hembree, Joe Kelly, Craig Kimbrel, Rick Porcello, Eduardo Rodriguez, Robbie Ross Jr., Chris Sale, Robby Scott, Ben Taylor, and Steven Wright will constitute the Red Sox pitching staff to begin the year.
