Patriots schedule released, will play Chiefs in opener

The Super Bowl rematch with the Falcons will have to wait until Week 7.  The NFL releasing the 2017 schedule on Thursday night and the Patriots will raise their Super Bowl LI banner against Chiefs on Thursday, September 7th.

Some of the other notable games Cam Newton and the Panthers will visit Foxboro in Week 4, and the Patriots will play the Raiders in Mexico City in Week 11.
