2002: New England Patriots

The duck boats were first brought out in 2002 when the Patriots beat the St. Louis Rams in Super Bowl XXXVI.

2004: Twice the fun

Two rolling rallies were held in 2004, first when the Patriots defeated the Carolina Panthers in February and again when the Sox "reversed the curse" by sweeping the Cardinals in October. Who can forget the image of fans lining the Charles to see their Sox drive by?

2005: Patriots back for more

The Patriots were back on the duck boats for a second year in a row after defeating the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl XXXIX.

2007: The Red Sox sweep again

The Red Sox won their second World Series in three years in similar fashion, sweeping the Colorado Rockies.

2008: Celtics get in on the action

An all-star team that included Paul Pierce, Kevin Garnett, and Ray Allen couldn't let their Boston sports peers have all the fun. The team brought home their 17th NBA title in June 2008.

2011: Boston Bruins hoist the Cup

The Bruins brought home Lord Stanley's Cup after beating the Canucks in game 7 in Vancouver. Former Bruins goaltender Tim Thomas won the Conn Smythe Trophy that year.

2013: The beards have it

The Boston Red Sox will take their third trip around Boston in duck boats after winning Game 6 of the World Series.
