Celtics win Game 4 to even series with Bulls

CHICAGO — Isaiah Thomas led the Celtics past Chicago Sunday night as Boston evened the best-of-seven series 2-2.

Thomas scored 33 points as the Celtics won 104-95.

The Celtics responded to a furious third quarter rally by the Bulls, who outscored Boston 40-18 after the C's had taken a 20-point lead to push ahead 65-63.

The C's answered with a run of their own led by Thomas, who wove his way to the basket on numerous occasions to hit layups and draw contact.

Gerald Green, who once again started in place of Amir Johnson, scored 18 points.

Game 5 is scheduled for Wednesday night at TD Garden.
