BOSTON — Boston Celtics have announced it will trade the number one draft pick to the Philadelphia 76ers in exchange for the rights to a future first round pick.
A possible first round pick will be the Los Angeles Lakers’ 2018 pick, if it’s within the number two to number five range of the 2018 draft. If not 2018, the Celtics will likely receive either Sacramento’s or Philadelphia’s first round pick in 2019, whichever is more favorable.
