Firehouse Friday: Winchester Fire Department

The Winchester Fire Department has a great team serving their close-knit community. They pride themselves on working closely with local businesses, schools, and community members, which makes the job that much easier.  They also spend a lot of time together!  Working 24 hour shifts, the firefighters get very close with one another and have some fun. Captain Ken Temple explains how that closeness and trust positively affects their work. They can always count on one another and they know everyone’s strengths. They have fun, but get serious when it’s time to get to work.
