Around Town

Around Town This Weekend: January 20-22

If you can believe it, we are just two months away from the first day of spring, but there are still great winter adventures to enjoy, and a lot going on around town. Check it out!

  1. FOX25 On the Slopes at Bradford Ski Area – 8-10am

We are hitting the slopes again tomorrow morning at Bradford Ski Area in Haverhill, Mass. It's a great family ski area and offers an excellent learn-to-ski program for beginner skiers and snowboarders. Plus, there's still room to pre-register to ski or board with us all day for free!

  1. The Boston Calendar Pick of the Week: Jesse Dee, The White Owls, and The Ali McGuirk Band at The Sinclair

Three local R&B/Soul artists hit the stage at The Sinclair in Cambridge tomorrow night. Headlining is Boston Music Awards winner Jesse Dee. Dee is known for his contemporary spin on soul music. Also performing are The White Owls and the Ali McGuirk Band. Doors open at 8pm and the show begins at 9pm. For more information, click here.

  1. Something Rotten at Boston Opera House

Broadway in Boston presents Something Rotten at the Boston Opera House.  It follows the story of two brothers desperate to outdo the 1590s rock star William Shakespeare with a musical.  Critics are calling it, "the funniest musical comedy in at least 400 years!"  The show is in town for another week, through Sunday, January 29th.

Whatever you do, have a great one!
