Work-Life Wednesday: Changing gender roles

(FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) - Being a dad ain't what it used to be. A lot of fathers are saying that now, and there is plenty of evidence to back it up.
            
The role of the father has changed from what our dads used to do. In fact, there have been a bunch of stories of late on "the death of men," especially with women re-defining their role in the workplace.

To get some perspective on this topic, we invited Professor Brad Harrington of the Boston College Center for Work and Family on the FOX 25 Morning News.
