Worcester man accused of sex with underage girl

WESTBOROUGH, Mass. (AP) — A Worcester cab driver charged with having sex with two teenage girls at a Northborough motel has been ordered held on $100,000 bail.

Rodney Sully pleaded not guilty Wednesday in Westborough District Court to charges including of rape, rape of a child under age 16, and indecent assault and battery on a person aged 14 or older.

Prosecutors say the 36-year-old Sully was arrested Tuesday night when police went to the motel to investigate reports of prostitution.

Prosecutors say the girls, ages 14 and 16, told police Sully gave them drugs and alcohol and coerced them into performing sexual acts.

The MetroWest Daily News (http://bit.ly/17YOp6J ) reports that Sully's lawyer says the girls told his client they were 23 and 26, brought their own alcohol, and that the sexual acts were consensual.
