Woman’s body found after fire in Exeter

Exeter, N.H. (MyFoxBoston.com) – A woman's body was found following a fire in Exeter, N.H. Thursday morning.

The New Hampshire Attorney General's office said firefighters responded to a fire in an abandoned building at 2 Hampton Road at about 7 a.m. When they arrived, they also found the body of a woman in a building on the grounds.

The woman's death is being investigated as suspicious. She has not been identified.

An autopsy is scheduled for Friday.
