BOW, NH — A New Hampshire woman has been arrested after she failed a sobriety test while her three children were in the car.
On Saturday night, just before midnight, Bow police were called to Bow Center Road for a report of a tree across the road. While police assisted the Department of Transportation with road closures, a car drove through the cones that had been set up. Police pulled over the vehicle.
Police say the driver, 39-year-old Rebecca Testa of Bow, had three of her children, all under the age of 16, in the car. Testa agreed to a field sobriety test and was arrested for aggravated DWI. Police say the children were picked up at the scene by a family member.
Testa was released on $2,000 bond and is due in court on June 12.
