Woman accused of beating boyfriend with high heel over text messages

NATICK, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) -- A Framingham woman was arraigned Tuesday after police allege she beat her boyfriend with a high heeled shoe.

Natick police say Greissi Carolina Sanchez was arrested early Sunday morning after she was found walking on West Central Street. Sanchez, who was barefoot at the time, told police she got into a fight with her boyfriend and was walking home.

While police were speaking to Sanchez, her boyfriend drove up and said the pair had gotten into an argument over text messages from other women. The boyfriend later admitted the 24-year-old hit him in the head with her shoe during the fight.

Police at the scene said the man had a cut on his head and blood on his face. Sanchez reportedly told police she hit him because he wouldn't let her exit the car.

Sanchez faces an assault and battery with a dangerous weapon charge. She is scheduled to return to court in March.
