Who is William 'Mo' Cowan?

A brief look at William "Mo" Cowan:

Cowan grew up in North Carolina and graduated from Duke University and Northeastern University's law school.

He was a partner in the prominent Boston law firm of Mintz Levin from 1997 to 2009. He also served as special assistant district attorney in the Middlesex County District Attorney's office.

In 2009 he became a part of the Patrick-Murray Administration, serving as chief of staff and chief legal counsel.

Cowan lives in Stoughton with his wife, Stacy, and two young children.
