White Christmas a possibility for parts of New England

From FOX 25 meteorologist Jon Bellemore

Skies will clear overnight Saturday, but we will remain breezy. This drops "real feel" temperatures into the teens so bundle up.

Sunday starts off mostly cloudy, but dry and we will see the sun emerge gradually through the afternoon; cool and breezy with highs in the mid-upper 30s.

Christmas Eve brings a round of light snow, (some areas may see this mix with rain to start) starting around 6 to 8 p.m. then snow showers through Christmas Day. It will not officially be a white Christmas (need 1" on the ground), but we'll take what we can get.

The next round of snow arrives Wednesday night into Thursday and this will likely coat Boston with 2-3" of snow. Temperatures all week remain in the upper 30s, but we dip into the upper 20s - low 30s by the weeks end.

Happy Holidays!
