The Powerball has reached its second highest amount ever - $700 million.

Of course, after taxes, the amount is much less - about $300,000,000 for a lump sum option and about $490,000,000 if you select the option for 30 payments over 29 years.

Here's how you could lavish yourself if you happen to be the lucky winner - there's a 1 in 292,201,338 chance.

HOMES

You could purchase a $15 million home in Back Bay on Marlborough Street, which is currently one of the most expensive pieces of real estate in the metro area. At 7,575 square feet with five beds and seven baths, the home has plenty space for all your needs. Plus, it comes with five parking spaces and an elevator.

Or, if you want more land and space, you could buy the $90 million home for sale in Brookline, belonging to Reebok founder Paul Fireman. The home is 26,000 square feet and it comes with 14 acres.

Of course, there's always the Cape and Islands. There are plenty of beyond luxurious options for sale, including a a home in Chatham with views of the ocean from the infinity pool. It was listed for $25 million last summer, but has dropped to $19 million

SPORTS TICKETS

While the Patriots season tickets are lottery based, it's possible to buy one-off tickets close to the field - they go for about $1,500 each on average on resale sites like StubHub. For seven home games, that comes out to $21,000 for you and a friend.

Celtics club seating starts at $200 a ticket and require a three-year term. The seats include special entrances, large seats, priority access to playoff and TD Garden tickets and wait service. The upcoming season has 41 home games, which for two tickets comes to a total of $16,400 a year or $49,200 for the three year requirement, food and beer not included. The Celtics have sold out of lower level season tickets, with club seats being the best available.

If you want a seat at the Red Sox, the dugout premium seats behind home plate can cost about $40,000 for the season. For two tickets, that comes to $80,000.

MEMBERS ONLY

Hobnob with Tom Brady and others at The Country Club. We don't know how much an annual membership costs, but it it is incredibly difficult to get into. Hopefully, your new found wealth will help you become friends with a current member, you must sponsor you.

The Somerset Club is supposed to be one of the most exclusive clubs in the country. It's incredibly secretive and snooty. As with most social clubs, initiation costs and annual fees are likely several thousand dollars.

FANCY FOOD

Treat yourself to a delicious and expensive meal at the Tasting Counter in Somerville. Dinner, which includes alcohol pairings and tax, is $180 during the week and $195 on the weekends. Total for two, without tip, is $390 for a dinner date out.

Reportedly the most expensive tasting menu in Boston is O Ya's Grand Omakase. The 22-course sushi menu reportedly starts at $275 per person, without alcohol. The chef will work with you depending on your likes and dislikes. The brings the total, without tip, to $550 for a night out with a date.

The Powerball drawing is Wednesday night, watch it live on Boston 25 News and Boston 25 News' Facebook page.
