From FOX 25 meteorologist Kevin Lemanowicz:
A warm front pushing toward New England Friday night was producing rain across the area with snow in northern New England. That front will be struggling toward us Saturday with showers through the morning.
A wave along the front will pass by during the day, allowing for some drying in the afternoon and at night.
The front then sinks south of us Saturday night, allowing for some early sunshine Sunday. That sun will be around much of Sunday, though mixing with clouds. The same front is coming back at us Sunday night with showers, but this time it will blast through Monday morning.
Temperatures will zip into the 50s Monday, perhaps even 60 degrees. A cold front will end the short warm-up Monday night. That front will cause rain during the Patriots game Monday night in Foxboro as well.
It'll be back to sunshine Tuesday behind the whole system with a return to cooler temperatures as well.
