WALTHAM, Mass. — A water main break in Waltham has flooded the street with several inches of water.
Public Works had to shut down the Totten Pond Road main, affected water service in surrounding neighborhoods.
Crews contained the water main break by 9:30 p.m., but they will have to return Sunday to fix the pipe.
The road is no longer flooded but very slick, so it will reopen, but not until it's treated.
