WATCH: No one injured when car crashes through storefront in Dracut

DRACUT, Mass. — No one was injured when a car crashed through a storefront in Dracut Friday night.

Dracut Center Convenience is usually busy according to the owner, and they're relieved no one was hurt.

According to police, the driver accidentally hit the gas instead of the brake when she pulled in to park in front of the store.

The car took out the lottery counter and everything in its path before stopping on the other side of the store.

The store owner tells Boston 25 News that just two minutes before the crash, he had a line of customers, but the business cleared just before the crash happened.

Police said the crash was an accident, and no charges have been filed.

The store manager said he hopes to reopen part of the store by Monday.
