A mama duckling leading her babies to the river for the first time is one of the cutest things you'll see all day.
Every spring, Glover Elementary School in Milton has a tradition of providing a sanctuary to nesting ducks inside the school's interior courtyard.
MILTON, Mass. — RELATED: The Ducklings are ready for St. Paddy's Day
When it's time for mama duck and her babies to go to the river, the school lines up to guide them safely from the courtyard to the pond outside the school.
Students, staff and parents line the hallways and walkway to river, and mama and the babies parade through.
Mama and babies got into the river and swam away, ready for spring.
