Victim identified in Dorchester hotel stabbing

BOSTON (MyFoxBoston.com) -- Boston Police identified the man who died of stab wounds at the Doubletree Hotel in Dorchester earlier in the month.

Just before 3 a.m. on Saturday, March 1, police responded to the hotel on Mt. Vernon Street for reports of a fight. When they arrived on the scene, they were told a large party in one of the hotel's rooms had spilled out on to the street, and two men had been stabbed and were taken to the hospital.

One of those men later died, and Monday was identified as 23-year-old Christopher Borgella of Dorchester.
