Two men arrested in Tewksbury car break-ins

TEWKSBURY, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) -- Two 20-year-olds are accused of breaking into several cars over the course of a few weeks in Tewksbury.

Joseph Arnold of Wilmington has been charged with four counts of breaking and entering into a motor vehicle, three counts of larceny over $250, and larceny under $250.

Howard Hall of Tewksbury is charged with three counts of breaking and entering into a motor vehicle, three counts of larceny over $250, and conspiracy.

Arnold and Hall are accused of breaking into cars on Main Street and Vernon Street and stealing GPS units, cell phones, iPods, and other items. Police say most of the stolen property has been recovered and will be returned to its owners.
