A U.S. District Court judge is expected Wednesday to set a schedule for motions to be filed before Tsarnaev's trial begins in November.Defense attorneys also are expected to formally file a motion to move his trial from Boston. The lawyers have said they plan to seek a change of venue because of intense media coverage.Authorities say Tsarnaev and his older brother, Tamerlan, planted two pressure cooker bombs near the finish of the 2013 marathon, killing three people and injuring more than 260.Tamerlan Tsarnaev died following a shootout with police. Dzhokhar Tsarnaev has pleaded not guilty to 30 federal charges. He could face the death penalty.
