BOSTON (MyFoxBoston.com) -- Dzhokhar Tsarnaev's lawyers are looking for help with their case from the man killed during an FBI interrogation.
The defense is requesting recordings of Ibragim Todashev, who was an associate of Tamerlan Tsarnaev, and lawyers say, he would've been a key witness in their case.
Todashev was shot by agents in Florida during an interrogation about a triple murder in Waltham. Agents there at the time say Todashev charged at officers during the interview.
In the past, Tsarnaev's defense has claimed that Tamerlan Tsarnaev pulled his younger brother into the bombing plot. They believe those recordings may show that Tamerlan Tsarnaev did the same with Todashev, proving a pattern.
