BOSTON (MyFoxBoston.com) -- There were some big changes made at Boston Latin Academy Friday as the top three administrators have been placed on leave amid allegations of discrimination.
Just a week before school is set to start, the interim Superintendent of Boston Public Schools John McDonough said the action was taken while the school investigates the allegations of both discrimination and intimidation.
This comes after students and staff voiced concerns about academic and professional standards at the school. Among the steps being taken to address the issue, Mcdonough said a "leadership coach" will be working with faculty this fall to help resolve underlying issues.
