Tolls could be placed at West Newton exit of Mass. Pike

WEST NEWTON, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) -- A potentially big change could be coming for commuters in West Newton.

The state Department of Transportation has confirmed tolls near exit 16 are under strong consideration.

Since 1996, drivers have been able to get on the Mass. Pike at the exit for free.
