(MyFoxBoston.com) – TMZ has obtained photos of U.S. Marines apparently burning bodies in Fallujah in 2004.
The Website reports it received 41 photos in all. Two reportedly show a Marine pouring gasoline on the remains of a dead insurgent. Other photos show the bodies on fire. TMZ said it had other photos that were too gruesome to post, including a body being eaten by a dog.
TMZ reportedly turned the photos over to the Pentagon last week, which has triggered a Marine Corps investigation.
TMZ did not report where the photos came from.
