Three police officers, two motorists injured in separate Boston crashes

BOSTON (MyFoxBoston.com) -- Five people were transported to the hospital Friday following two separate crashes involving Boston police cruisers.

Boston police say the first crash occurred just after 6 p.m. at the intersection of Harvard and Warner streets.

Two police officers were among the three people injured in the crash. All three people were taken to Boston Medical Center for treatment. Their conditions are unknown.

A second crash happened just before 7:30 p.m. at the intersection of Langdon Street and Norfolk Avenue. A Boston police officer and a motorcyclist were both transported to Boston Medical Center following the crash.
