Three men suspected of threatening juvenile via Facebook Live

WEYMOUTH, Mass. — Three men are accused of threatening a male juvenile with a gun on Facebook Live while en route to find him.

According to police, the car was pulled over after a report of man inside a car waving a gun around. The three men found inside the vehicle, all under the age of 21, were pat and frisked.  After searching the car, police reportedly found a loaded black 9mm Hi-Point semi-automatic pistol with defaced serial numbers, seven rounds of 9mm ammunition, hammers and a mason jar with what appeared to be marijuana inside.

The driver was identified as Kedersen Michel Jr. and the two passengers were Claude Rosier and Jonathan Bonner-Minus, according to police.

Officers questioned Michel, who allegedly stated he had the gun in his hand and was "messing around" with his cousin on Facebook Live. Michel added he was "being stupid"  and that he was "beefing" with his cousin.

Michel's cousin, a minor, was questioned by Weymouth Police and said he was accessing the Facebook Live stream at the time and saw Michel in the vehicle along with Bonner-Minus and Rosier. According to the police report, Michel issued a statement to his cousin saying "Come out, stop hiding, I'm going to shoot you," while holding the gun.

Officers received screenshots of the Facebook Live video sent by the victim that reportedly show Michel holding what seemed to be the firearm that was seized from the vehicle and pointing the barrel of the firearm at the screen. The vehicle Michel appears to be in the pictures matches the one he was stopped in.

According to police, it appears Michel, Bonner-Minus and Rosier conspired to travel from Boston to Weymouth to confront Michel's cousin with a loaded firearm. Police also say it is apparent that if they had found the cousin, they would've attempted to kill him.

Based on statements gathered by the police, the three suspects have been arrested on charges of possessing a firearm and ammunition without an FID card, threat to commit a crime, conspiracy to commit murder, intimidation of a witness and possession of a firearm with a defaced serial number during the commission of a felony.
