Three arrested in Brockton on Molly charges

BROCKTON, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) – Three Maine men were arrested on narcotics and warrant charges Saturday night in Brockton after one of them admitted to being in possession of the drug Molly.

Patrick Lee, 32, and Brandon Kerr, 23, both of Bangor, and Mark White, 25, of Argyle, Maine, were arrested on Custer Street. They are scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday in Brockton District Court.

According to state police, Brockton police officers and state troopers observed a group of individuals around a parked vehicle and detained them, questioning as they tried to disperse. State police said Lee admitted to the possession of heroin and 16 grams of Molly.

Lee and White are charged with possession of narcotics with intent to distribute and conspiracy to violate drug laws.

Kerr was arrested on felony warrants out of New Bedford and Bangor.
