Three arrested for connection to SWAT situation in Manchester, NH

MANCHESTER, NH (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) Three New Hampshire men are expected to be in federal court in Boston following a SWAT situation in Manchester on Tuesday.

The FBI tells FOX 25 that Thomas D. Wallace, 23, of Raymond, NH, Henry Maldonado, 38, of Manchester, NH, and Jose Guzman, 41, of Salem, NH, were arrested after a joint investigation with Lawrence Police and Manchester, NH Police.

All three men will face federal kidnapping charges related to a SWAT situation at Clay and Taylor Streets in Manchester.

Investigators say a Manchester resident received a knock on her door at 4:30 a.m. on Tuesday from a man requesting she call police. The man said he had been assaulted and held against his will at a nearby address.

SWAT teams were deployed after additional information suggested that the suspect or suspects in the case were armed.
