The Republican debate: What time is it on; what channel; live streaming

MILWAUKEE, Wis. (MyFoxBoston.com) - The fourth debate among Republican candidates for president will be held  Tuesday in Milwaukee, Wisc.

Here’s  a quick guide to when it’s on, what channel and who will be there.

When: Tuesday, Nov. 10

Where: The Milwaukee Theatre in Milwaukee, Wis.

What time: The first part of the debate (the "Happy Hour Debate") begins at 7 p.m. (ET); the "primetime" debate starts at 9 p.m. and goes until 11 p.m. (ET)

Hosted by: Fox Business Network and The Wall Street Journal

Airs on: Fox Business Network - (DirecTV - channel 359); (Dish Network - channel 206); (ATT U-verse - channel 211) – or click hereto check the channel finder for your  area.

Debate coverage: Coverage of the debates begin at 5 p.m. (ET) with a special edition of  "Varney & Co." featuring pre-debate news and analysis with Stuart Varney. At 6  p.m. "Lou Dobbs Tonight" will follow with coverage heading into the first debate, followed by a special edition of "Lou Dobbs Tonight" between the  two debates  from 8-9 p.m. After the debate, there will be a special edition of  "Cavuto: Coast to Coast from 11 p.m.  until midnight.

Live stream: The debates will also be streaming live at FoxBusiness.com or you can watch via the Fox News app. No authentication from a cable or satellite provider will be required.

Moderators: FBN's Sandra Smith, Trish Regan and the WSJ's Washington Bureau Chief Gerald Seib will moderate the 7 p.m. debate; FBN's Managing Editor of Business News Neil Cavuto and Global Markets Editor Maria Bartiromo, along with the WSJ's Editor-in-Chief Gerard Baker,  will moderate the 9 p.m. debates.

Who can participate: For the 9 p.m. primetime debate, candidates had to score 2.5 percent or higher in an average of the four most recent national polls conducted through Nov. 4. The top 8 in the combined polls were invited to participate in the 9 p.m. debate.

Where they will stand

Trump will stand center-stage with Carson next to him in the middle. To Trump’s right is Rubio, Bush and Kasich. To Carson’s left will be Cruz, Fiorina and Paul.

Who is not there

Sen. Lindsey Graham (S.C.) and former New York Gov. George Pataki did not make the cut for this debate. New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie and former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee have moved from the “prime time debate” to the early debate because of poll numbers.

While we don't know for sure, the likely issues to be raised in the debate include:

  3. Domestic policy issues
  4. International policy issues
  5. Health of the national economy

When's the next one

The fifth debate is scheduled for Tuesday, Dec. 15 in Las Vegas. It will be hosted by CNN and Salem Radio. Wolf Blitzer will moderate.

The next Democratic debate will be at Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa on Saturday, Nov. 14. It will be hosted by CBS News, KCCI-TV and the Des Moines Register.
