BOSTON (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) A date has been set for the deportation hearing of President Barack Obama's uncle, Onyango Obama.
The Boston Globe reports that a Boston immigration judge scheduled the hearing for Dec. 3.
Onyango Obama is from Kenya, but has lived in the U.S. for many years. He was ordered by an immigration judge to leave in 1992. That deportation order was never enforced.
Obama is the half-brother of the president's late father. He was arrested in 2011 in Framingham and was charged with drunken driving. He acknowledged prosecutors had enough evidence to convict him.
