WINDHAM, NH (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) – A 31-year-old Tewksbury man was arrested early Tuesday morning after police found him passed out with his car running in the Windham Police Station parking lot.
Around 1:45 a.m. on Tuesday, a police dispatcher noticed a car in the restricted employee parking lot which is located in the area of 4 Fellows Road.
Officers went out to the car, which was visible via a security camera, and found Jonathan Sullivan passed out at the wheel with the engine running.
Officials woke Sullivan and administered field sobriety tests.
Upon further investigation, Sullivan was charged with DUI. He was not released on $500 personal recognizance because he was reportedly too intoxicated to make contact with a sober person for his release. He was transported to the county jail.
Sullivan is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 28.
