'Team Hoyt' inspires Robert Kraft to donate $10k to YMCA

Rick and Dick Hoyt have been fan favorites on the Boston Marathon route for decades. They've dealt with their own challenges, but still seek to help others with theirs.

If you'd like to help honor Rick and Dick Hoyt you can. The Hockomock Area YMCA is having its annual Legends Ball on Nov. 13 at Lake pearl Luciano's. All proceeds benefit the Hockomock Area YMCA's Integreation Intiative, which provides opportunities for children with special needs.

Patriots owner Robert Kraft called Maria after her interview with the Hoyts aired at 10 p.m. on Wednesday. Mr. Kraft was so inspired by the Hoyts that he wanted to donate $10,000 to the YMCA Legends Ball. He says he believes int heir story and that we need mroe people like the Hoyts.
